Saqué la visita con más de un mes de anticipación, la cancelaron el día anterior, quedándome sin posibilidad de encontrar otra. Me dijeron que se reembolsa parcialmente y lo reemplazan por audioguia... al llegar solo me dijeron que me baje una app y lo escuche directamente de mi teléfono, que no tenían móviles ni auriculares para darme. La audiogui muy malaUn desastre, mi visita a la Alhambra fue mucho peor de lo imaginado por haber reservado esto. Consejo: reserven solo desde el sitio oficial.

I booked the tour more than a month in advance, but it was canceled the day before, leaving me with no way to find another one. I was told I'd get a partial refund and would replace it with an audio guide... when I arrived, they just told me to download an app and listen to it directly on my phone; they didn't have any phones or headphones to give me. The audio guide was very poor. A disaster. My visit to the Alhambra was much worse than I imagined, having booked this way. Tip: Book only through the official website.
