Opening Times in Granada
Due to Granada's long shopping hours, you can plan your sightseeing in the morning or early afternoon and leave your shopping to the last minute.
Shops
Stores and establishments in the main commercial areas of Granada are open from 10 am to 9 pm from Monday to Saturday. The small stores in the Albaicin and the stores in this neighborhood tend to close a little earlier in the middle of the day.
Please note that some stores close at noon (from 2 pm to 5 pm, approximately).
Museums
Most of the museums in Granada open their doors from 10 am to 6 or 8 pm approximately. However, others such as El Bañuelo or the Casa de los Tiros are only open in the morning. To avoid any surprises, we recommend that you check the opening hours of each tourist attraction you plan to visit.
Also, take into account that the opening hours of Granada's museums vary a lot depending on the time of year. You should also keep in mind that many museums such as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Alhambra Museum are closed on Mondays.
