Pedro gave an entertaining and informative tour of the Alhambra. He was careful to keep the group together and smoothly moved us through the various check points. Francisco handled our city walking tour later in the day. He was a pleasant guide, provided lots of opportunities for taking photos, while imparting interesting history of the various neighborhoods.

The Alhambra tour was excellent, when it was over there was no mention of the + Albaicin & Sacromonte Guided Tour. We were left to stay at the Alhambra which was nice but not what was advertised or expected.

We have confirmed that the tour went as usual, and the guide informed all participants of the next meeting point for the second part of the tour. However, the provider's contact details are also indicated on the booking voucher for any queries you may have. We regret that you were unable to enjoy this part of the tour, but we know that the rest of the participants arrived safely.

The information given by our guide ela sufficent and objective about history of Granada. He was kind. Group gathered with different countries and cultures some was fascinated about withnessing the undefined civilization of Andalucian Caliphate and Granada Nasrid Emirates.

Pedro was an excellent guide. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any of the questions asked of him. He looked after the group well and gave plenty of time for people to take photographs each time we stopped at an attraction.

Two excellent guides - Guilermo for Alhambra and Ramon for the walk which was so interesting. Only issue was that my ticket didn't have the meeting point for the walk detailed, but Guillermo kindly sorted that out for me

Both guides for the morning tour at alhambra and the evening walking tour around albaicin and sacromonte were informative, wonderfully engaging and we thoroughly enjoyed how they narrated the history of the places we visited, it was like experiencing an audio movie.

Our guide Alexandra tried her best, but her English is not good enough to do the English tours, in my humble opinion. As she was not able to answer questions accordingly due to her level of English. I would also recommend her to time her tour accordingly to show a "Carmen" inside and perhaps spend more time at sacramento as we spend long time at albacin. The good part of the tour, Alexandra really tried her best and she is passionate.

The provider ensures that guides who are not native speakers of one language are able to give a tour in another language properly. We are sorry if this was not the case on this occasion. We will keep an eye on the service to confirm that it is carried out properly.

The meeting place is confusing, the guide was late. She is very rude when we had trouble with the passport and took away our audio from our neck by force. It could be easily explained that we could come back to join the tour after we check the passport at the office. But she just simply took off without any further instructions what we could do.

We have confirmed that the tour ran as usual, and the guide informed you of the new meeting point in the second part of the tour. We are sorry that you could not enjoy this part of the tour.
