Bueno, he llegado al Punto de encuentro según horario y nos hicieron esperar casi 25 minutos para atendernos. Una de las chicas fue muy grosera con una de mis primas que también reservaron el tour. En fin le dijo que no le hablara mas. Aparte de eso el interior de la Alhambra estuvo fenomenal.

La actividad fue muy buena, el problema se genera donde se recogen las audioguías y las entradas Había muchísima gente, de 5 trabajadores, solo estaban disponibles 3, ya que las 2 compañeras restantes, no ayudaban a las demas ya que decían que no era en su mostrador, cuando estaban al lado, podrían echar una mano a sus compañeras,la cola se alargaba más y la frustración de la gente iba en aumento ya que no estaba bien señalado y hacíamos 2 veces la cola Nefasto el servicio de recogida de entrada

The activity was very good, the problem arises where the audio guides and tickets are collected. There were a lot of people, out of 5 workers, only 3 were available, since the 2 remaining colleagues did not help the others as they said it was not at their counter, when they were next to them, they could give a hand to their colleagues, the queue was getting longer and people's frustration was increasing as it was not well marked and we had to queue twice. The ticket collection service was awful.

Deberíais de advertir que para que te den la audioguia hay que dejar un depósito de 100 euros 50 x audioguia. Si yo se esto no lo cojo eso lo primero.. y lo peor es que te Dan la opción de descargarlo en tu móvil pero la app jamás se termino de cargar y si no llevas cascos te jodes no se un poco chapucero pata 60 euros que me costaron las dos entradas no repetire
