Had To wait almost an hour at bus stop. Brochure says 30 minutes. In the fine print of your brochure you state due to other circumstances bus may be late. That is exactly how you get away with this. Some latches on doors nearly broken or almost impossible to open from the inside, most especially for the elderly. Your brochure states RED & GREEN lines, one for night one for day. We were told NO NIGHT BUS! we paid for this because the brochure and web states everything. We got one thing.

On our website, it is made clear that the night route is currently suspended. On the other hand, this service is very popular, and many people wait in line to board the train at certain stops. We regret the inconveniences that this may cause at certain hours of the day.

Auricolari e audio sul treno non funzionanti. In alcune postazioni non funzionavano in quelle funzionanti dopo pochi secondi di lingua scelta ( italiano) parte l'inglese. La descrizione di ciò che si vede non è in linea con lo spostamento del treno..Si vedono zone poco centrali e poco belle .

Sulla nostra web viene specificato il percorso realizzato dal treno. Ci dispiace che non abbiate preso visione di queste informazioni con il dovuto anticipo. Per quanto riguarda i disguidi con gli auricolari, vi consigliamo sempre di comunicare immediatamente questi problemi allo staff, in modo da poterli risolvere al momento.

It was a good tour of the city. We couldn’t hear the description of what we were seeing through the ear pieces though as the volume wasn’t high enough.

When there is a problem with the sound equipment, we ask participants to notify us so that we can fix it on the spot. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to continue improving, also in this aspect of the service.

I could not use this because the bus driver told me the reservation number 9228518 was already used in checking at bus stop there. He tried to check several times, but was the same result. i don't know the reason. please check this and reply to me.
